Last updated 21 October 2026. This notice covers the Vybez website and waitlist. The Vybez app will have its own, fuller notice before it launches.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the city you choose, the interests you tick, where you came from (for example TikTok) and when you signed up. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
Only to tell you when Vybez launches in your city and to send occasional updates about Vybez. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who handles it
- Supabase stores the waitlist, in the EU (Frankfurt).
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Google Workspace handles our email.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, it does so under the UK's approved safeguards. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 12 months after Vybez launches in your city.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@vybez.city and we'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
